mere baby ko vomiting k sath fever thaa...abb 2 din se fever sahi hai ...per kabhi kabhi vomiting kr deta hai ..jab jab antibiotics muh main dalti huin ulty kr deta hai

You can give entrogermina drops it probiotic medicine and very effective in curing digestion infection. You should avoid giving milk to your baby for next few days rather than this you should try to give very light food to your baby so it will be easy for your baby to digest it
