A. hi i would suggest to apply coconut oil or baby soothing Calamine lotion on this. keep your child well hydrated keep an eye on your child diet and avoid giving spicy food and citrus fruits for now. choose loose fitting Cotton clothes for your child avoid using any other cosmetics.
