mere baby ki health nhi badh rhi hai uska wt abhi sirf 5 kg h jbki feeding b samay par hoti h fir b wt gain nhi ho rha h

A. hello of the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weght gain else make sure to check if there is sufficient breast milk and baby is able to latch well and suck well and of bm is not sufficient then give infant formula milk as an alternative
