DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 3 months old and he is sneezing very frequently and nose is full of mucous so it’s a cold so give him 1.3 ml maxtra drops three times a day and use nasoclear nasal drops two times a day
