Apply aloe vera gel on forehead and on hair scalp. This will really help you for sure. Also have good sleep. Do yoga and drink plenty of water to detoxify your body.
Eat healthy and nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc.
