white patches on face are commonly due to fungal infection for which you need to apply antifungal ointment like tenovate M ointment twice a day for 5 days

But you need to get Baby evaluated ones which is the better option. Keep your baby well hydrated which is good for skin. And also keep the skin well moisturised.
