Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy11 months agoA. it's normal for young children to have warm heads, palms, and soles due to necessary hyperdynamic circulation. as long as the child is growing well, there's no need to worry unless thxe armpit temperature reaches 100°f (37.7°c) or higher, which indicates a fever.
