Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. very important to keep the child well hydrated and during this season. keep the child indoors to avoid any type of heat rash as well as uv rays skin damage. as natural moisturizing factor which helps to retain water in the skin is lower in infants compared to adults there is higher chances of the child getting dermatitis. you can go for good baby moisturizing dlotion as well as creams application example citaphil which has to be applied at regular intervals to decrease the chances of such rash and dermatitis.

Dologel you can apply for the blisters and you can apply three times in the day especially half an hour before you were giving any food to the child as it would be easier for your child to consume as the pain and irritation would be less on the tongue of your child
