mere baby 1yr 3 months ka he.uska 2 days se pet saaf nehi ho raha he aur khane ki liye chid chidapan ho raha he

A. constipation happens due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet. offer Lukewarm water every hour. give more fruits and vegetables and. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc.. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

A. Ho सकता है आपके बच्चे teeth था रही इस वजह से ये प्रॉब्लम हो रही है आप एक बार डॉक्टर से जाँच करवा लें और बच्चे को बहुत सारा पानी पिलाया जिससे बच्चे को मोशन अच्छे से हो जाए पर 1 बार आपको डॉक्टर से जाँच कराने की ज़रूरत हो सकता है वाक़ई में बच्चों के दाँत आ रही इस वजह से परेशानी हो रही हो
