s madaanMom of a 9 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. you should ensure that you are giving lots of fluids in the initial time you should take one spoon of sugar to pinch of salt and add it to one glass of water give it for a 5 times in a day to your baby approximately 3 to 4 glasses of water is needed avoid giving anything solid right now give Khichdi if you have to with curd and also banana with curd
