Do Consult your paedritician if stool consistency is watery, foul smelling, more frequent, bloody, pee count is less than 5-6 times.

Sporolac Twice a day and please do not give milk to the child for the time being I think your child is suffering with diarrhoea and Milk is going to increase that I did in this you can give good amount of banana and curd to the child and please consult your paediatrician ones
