starting with moong dal is good as it is easy to digest.
you can dry roast other dals with rice and store as home made cerelac.
also introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding.
banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits.
potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and due to teething process sometimes baby loose weight and please give your baby dal soup khichdi daliya ragi porridge suji items potatoes apple and bannaa. and add one egg after the age of eight months.
