ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. to have regular periods we need to maintain a Healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking along with family intake of food which is very effective to correct irregular periods also start syrup dashmularist 2 tbsp with equal quantity of water twice daily for at least 1-2 months

This can be due hormonal changes.
Wait for some more days.
If still periods does not come, then consult ur doctor for the same again as she will guide you better in this. Take care
