mera placenta lower the pregnancy mai...ek bar muje apne dusre bache ko girne se bachane ke liye daudna pada..tb main 5 months pregnant thi ...uske bad jitne bhi ultrasound hue usme mere baby ka sir niche ki taraf aya...jab vo paida hua to uska ek ear ka outer portion fully developed nahi hai...main shoked mai aa gai... doctor se pucha to unhone bola bache ka sir niche rah gaya vo ghuma nahi pet mai isliye aisa ho gaya...kya yeh posible hai? ki bacha 5 month ke bad ek hi position main rahe...doc ka kahana hai placenta niche tha to uska sir vahi daba rah gaya hoga

Looks like there was an external ear anomaly,which can happen in a few cases.
The baby keeps moving as the pregnancy progresses but they usually will settle in a head down position in majority of the cases.
