Mera bete ka kal 2 birthday tha .aur raat ko use fever ho gya ...uska forehead or front or back body garm hai but hands feet thande..mai every 6 hours baad paracetamol dae rhi hu ..vaise woh poora active hai ..

A. Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid preparagtions. cold spfonging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
