mere bete ko kal raat se fever hai bs aur kuchh nhi active bhi hai. q suddenly fvr ho gya

Say sometimes when a child gets exhausted or anything fever can come that’s a normal thing to happen but if the fever is not much higher than that’s not a problem continue with the medicine and repeat the dosage after every six hours which is what is going to be very helpful for you
