Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. it is very difficult to comment here without a proper examination so it is better to consult your doctor and get it properly physical examine and guidance accordingly for this matter iyto clear this...here thereafter you can consult with your doctor and get further suggestions regarding the query to clear all your doubts in proper way which would be helpful here .

Hi Play Boroline anti septic cream into that area but you will have to get a check with your doctor because it is a boy and specially I do not know if it is due to some infection or any other issue so you’ll have to consult your paediatrician ones regarding the same
