Mera beta 7 months ka h uska fever dwa dene ke bad bhi kam nhi ho rha. Spinz b kr rhi hu Fir b kam nhi h

A. Hello, your baby boy is 7 months old and he is having a fever and it doesn’t fade away even after giving him a paracetamol so give him enough fluids and proper antibiotic too
