Mera beta 5 months ka hai and use me breast milk and formula dono hi saath me de rahi hu kyonki muje breast milk utna nahi aata to breast milk increase karne ke liye kya karu?

A. hello you can take lactare tablet or galact granules which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabaki and also Fenugreek which can help else giving infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug is safe
