Powder is never going to help in weight for the child you should actually give a balanced nutritious diet to the child which is what is going to be beneficial and helpful for you along with that also I would recommend you to give high and protein rich diet and consult a nutrition is for a proper diet plan and start with Iron and multivitamin supplement
