mera beta 3 year hai use Aaj morning se bukhar hai Dr. ko dhikaya pr dawai ko asar nhi ho rha hai Dr. ne antibiotics bhi di hai plz koi upay batya me kese mera beta ka bukhar sahi kro

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. this is sinarest syp, it's not for fever.. do give syp Crocin 250 mg 3 to 3.5 mg fir fever in every 4 to 6 hourly..
give plenty of fluid

Sinarist Is not for Fever it is for cold like running nose or anti allergy and also this is not an antibiotic right so if your doctor has advised you any proper medicine for fever then you can go ahead with giving CROCIN to the child as of now it’s going to be the DS version that is going to be much better to go far and you can give it as per the current weight of the child and also too cold sponge please
