Mera beta 3 saal ka hai wo sab bolta hai par kuch kuch hi words totlata hai,sab bolate hai ki is age mai clear bolna chahiye mai use proper pronounc karna sikhati hu

you need to do practice him some toung exercises daily.. for more details do consult speech therapist.

Talk directly to your toddler, even if just to narrate what you're doing.Use gestures and point to objects as you say the corresponding words. ...Read to your toddler. ...Sing simple songs that are easy to repeat.Give your full attention when talking to them.
