Mera beta 3 month ka hai usne 2 days se stool pass nhi kiya hai or bahot ro raha hai or breath karte time naak se aawaz aa rahi hai kya kare?

Bonnisan give five drops of this medicine maybe your child is crying due to stomach pain because constipation is normal in this age for kids as they can go without pooping for 10 to 12 days as well still if you feel your child is discomfort give this medicine and insert and enima in the anal region of your child that will clear the system within 4 to 6 hours
