mera beta 11 month h aur usse pichle kuch din se potty regular nhi ho rha 1 din gap kr k ho rha bt kal jb wo potty kiya to bht tight tha aur potty se thoda blood aya tha to ye kya tension ka baat h???

Give fruits which start with P....prunes, papaya, pears etc...they wash out little tummies easily.
Apply castor oil on navel of baby
Always give baby one fruit a day to avoid constipation.
Encourage movement and exercise as your baby grows.Give ample tummy time to your baby. help your baby to exercise by moving the legs in forward-backwards motion, circular motion or pumping motion.
