Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. let the baby complete 6 months of age for any complimentary foods ok. for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

Hi, you can start solids when the baby turns 6 months old. you can give rice water, daal water, ragi porridge, sooji kheer, fruit juices, vegetables soup etc. ensure you include all seasonal fruits and vegetables. also try 3 days trial to see if the foods suits the baby and he doesn't have any allergies. thanks
