POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 7 m old girl4 years agoA. Baby ko jab bhi food introduce karein, pureed and mashed form mein dein. Aap lentil puree, mashed banana, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, home made cerelac, etc. feed kar sakte hain. Start slow with 4-6 spoons per serving and twice a day.
