mera baby ko 2 din pehla fever tha ob nehi hai but lose motion ho rahi hai din me 6-7 times.babyka teeth nikel rahi hai...kya me neopeptine drop de sakti hu?

please consult with your pediatrician before giving any medication as teething phase do not require any medicine.
you can make the toys and surrounding areas around your child properly clean to prevent stomach infection and loose motions.

no need to give any medication
please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc
please give pre cool silicone teether for chewing
it is very helpful
please give daily sun light exposure
