Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamdin C, zinc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrupfs like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
Give all the vaccination required.

Madam you haven’t given any details about your child you have to post every thing very clearly when you put on a question so I would just advise you in this case as you should take an advice video treating doctor they will be able to give you appropriate Help on the issue
