Mera baby 3 months old hai. Wo breastfeed karta hai. Kya use alag se Calcium supplement dene ki jarurat hai?

A. Sir, my baby is fullterm baby. Birth weight 2.600kg aur abhi 4.500kg ka hai. Local pediatrician ne Calcium 2.5ml din me 2 baar shuru karwa diya hai. Baby ko motions hone lage hain. To mai janna chah rahi thi ki mai calcium supplements agar continue karti hun to usse baby ko koi nuksan to nahi hoga na?

A. good evening yes even have the child is having breastfeeding I would still recommend that you should try to give proper supplements to the child including calcium as well as multivitamin to ensure there is no problem
