Involve your child in each process of food preparation, keep giving verity of food.. Give sufficient play time or physical activities to stimulate hunger.

Don’t worry
Don’t force to eat
Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein
Make meal time fun with toys
Only time I make the kids eat is if they’re obviously hungry but not eating because they are distracted by something else Like tv games candy
But if you put healthy and different foods in front of them and they are not hungry do not worry Offer it later
Offer a healthy snack later
Then offer the same food at dinner time or the dinner
