mera baby 22mons ka h aur uske neck main do step banta h aisa lagta h jaise thyroid k karan hua h.i attach his pic pls tell me is it thyroid or not?

A. see if yiu feel its wrong then it can be. you beter try yo see a doctor who eill chrvk n tell if its ok or not. go fir it soon
