Hi See you at this age kids are actually no sense of being angry this is some kind of a discomfort or irritation that your child may be going through and it’s obviously your child is not able to express is that you are not able to understand it which is why you feel your child is getting angry it is definitely some irritation which you are not understanding so please consult your doctor for a detailed check up
