mera baby 10th month ka complete ho gya hai uske 6 teeth aaye aur din bhar me 3-4 baar potty karta hai normal loose motion jaisa nhi but last 3 days se fever aa raha hai aur uska weight 7.2kg hai kya ye sab teeth ke wajah se ho raha hai

Yes it seems like your child is having its teeth which is why this is happening motion fever both the things are there so you should consult your doctor for medicine avoid giving mail for the time being because that will also help in controlling loose motions that your child has
