Mera baby 1 saal 1 month ka he wo kal muh k bal gir Gaya tha use thoda sa naak se khoon aaya tha uske baad kuchh nahi tha normal khel Raha tha Aaj halka sa fever lag raha hai kya tension ki baat hai?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along witggh some analgesic like paracetamol.
Recurrent fall injury for a child should be avoided as it can lead to some chronic manifestfations occasionally .
Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .
