Dr mene bete ko 8 baje khana khiya tha 9 baje wo gir gaya head k back side pe wo roya 10 min or khelne laga or 10 min k baad jo usko khilaya tha wo usne thoda vomit kiya or vomit ka thoda smail bhi aaraha tha any issues

A. hi can not say anything without examining your child. but if a child is taking food well , looks happy and active as such no need to worry. observe your child for next 48 hours and if there is any discomfort like breathing difficulty, dazzineess, excess crying , vomiting , diaherra etc then please consult your pediatrician immediately.
