Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the air that the child takes in with the food passes from the oral cavity (mouth) to the stomach andz then to the intestine and then through the anus (where the stool comes out) and mixes with the stool to form a frothy appearancez stool.
there is no need to worry about this form if the child has no other complaints.
