Mera 1month breastfeed baby bahut Jyada gas pass karta hai with sound it’s so embarrassing nd mujhe tension v hoti hai ki inne chhote bache ko gas problem kyu hai inna jyada pls mujhe koi bataye ki me kya Karu ????

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. As a breast feeding mom start taking saunf after meals and in a day take cumin ajwain and coriander water and for baby burp after feeds and make sure baby is not sucking very fast

to ease give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy area
give tummy time..
you can give himalaya bonnison drops..
