mene 24 Jan ko babies ko birth Diya tha.pehle muje dudh ata tha bt mere babies pite nhi the .fir main bimar ho gyi or ab dudh thick thick jama hua sa ata hai .main kya karun muje apne bachon ko dudh pilana hai

A. continue breastfeeding You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself
