mem i have one baby after delivered my hair was off dry and silk and heavy hair fall.. what will do it.. can u suggest

SandhyaMom of a 8 yr 8 m old girl4 years agoA. Hi, take more Fibre and calcium rich food. Take a tablespoon of castor oil and 2 tablespoon of coconut oil lightly warm it and keep it aside. apply to hair and gently give a massage and leave it for half an hour to 1 hour and take bath. Use luke warm water to take head bath always. Repeat this once or twice in a week. take more liquid like buttermilk, coconut water, fresh fruit juice made at home and adequate Water Keep yourself hydrated which is good for skin and hairDo walking for about half an hour in a day to keep yourself fit.Write Your Answer Here
