Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. you can give paracetamol according to the weight of the child and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and give home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey combination as well as nasal saline drops and form water to drink
