me apne baby ko apna milk feed karvati hu but uska pet nhi bharta muje koi upaye btaye muje milk aacha aaye

A. F you feel your milk is not f mouth fir the baby then you can feed the baby on early intervals avd try feeding around 20 to 25 mins at a time and eat a healthy diet take care

A. lots of water, healthy diet grren leafy vegetables , you can add shatavari powder 2 tablespoon in warm milk twice or thrice a day as per requarement ..positive thinking , rest , yoga will also contribute to your milk supply
