hi mam m apne baby ko feed n kra pari hu bcz muje starting se milk n aata h mere c section delevery hui h kya kru k muje milk aane lage plz suggest me abhi m baby ko lactogen deti hu

A. take lactation supplement, as mother Sparsh vardaan Or striveda or lactare or Shavatari powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds drumstick oats ragi dalia sabudana jeera.. to increase milk.. more you nurse milk will increase
