may 24th I delivery boy baby now he is 10 month old baby .I didn't get periods any problem and also I have giddiness any problem pls tell me

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy5 months agoA. Hai good morning !! Post delivery periods restarts by 3-8 months depends on harmones,body type,mode of delivery.
As its been 10 months check with gynaecologist and discuss about contraception methods as there are high chances of pregnancy post delivery.
Have balanced diet with iron rich foods .
