Mara beta 4years ka hai kuch bhi nahi khata not any fruit, vegetables, non-veg even egg also what to do I am very helpless plz help me out

Then what is your child eating as of now what is the weight health height you haven’t given any details so I would just like to tell you over here that sometimes kids can be low onto their onion content into the body which is why they don’t eat anything so you get a deficiency test done for your child and if needed do consult a paediatric as well
