This is because it can be some kind of allergy to particular thing, any kind of infection, insect bite, heat rash to some other kind of serious skin issue. So, proper n detailed examination is required before reaching to any conclusion n start with medication.

Mam this could be due to heat also so as of now if you want you can go ahead with applying atogla Cream on to that area on regular basis other than that also I suggest you that you definitely should consult the doctor but once if you want you cannot start applying the cream that I’m am suggestingWrite Your Answer Here
