man last one month se dudh jaam ho gya h.ab to bhut pain v ho raha h.docter ko dikhaye to bole ki doodh niklaa hoga aur baby ko pilao but kam ni ho raha Ab kya kru

give warm massage to breast and use a nipple shield to breast feed baby and take painkiller like paracteamol to relieve pain.if problem persist visit your gynacologist
