eat protein rich diet.
drink lukewarm water.
nap often to stay rested.
avoid heavy work
Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy4 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If your mode of delivery is c-section then you have to avoid weight lifting, washing clothes, straining alot, Standing long hours.
You can continue normal house hold chores meanwhile take rest and have balanced diet.
Consult Gynaecologist once talk about this after 4-5 months of delivery physical check up is necessary.
Due to straining , body heat near stitches it pains if you have c section.
