#Mamaxpert hi doc, am mother of 6 month old baby nd had a normal delivery.. I could not lie on back more than few minutes..could you please help me? I have a severe backache while getting up

Hello ma’am You having severe back it after a normal delivery also then that is definitely not a healthy sign I am going to advise you to consult your gynaecologist once and start taking a course of medicine for the same and also if needed you should start applying heat pad or keep a hot water bottle behind your back
