Why Aren’t you having a regular period do you have a reason for that because you know sometimes when you deliver the periods are not regular sometimes you do not even get periods for a year and a half but that’s normal in this case your question is not clear to me because you’re just asking how to have a regular period you have not mentioned anything a back-and-forth of it
