mam pls suggest me some protein supplements as I feel very weak and getting dark skin color day by day..I am 34 yr old female

A. namaste mom Have dry fruits can be soaked overnight and have or mske a mix and boil with milk & have it. apart from that other protein sources are eggs , fish , chicken , soya , tofu, dals , legumes such aa chana , raa , lobia , sprouts
